Black Hills Works, Inc.’s mission is to create a community where everyone participates to achieve a life of full potential. Black Hills Works provides support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Rapid City area. Black Hills Works believes that every person they support is unique and has a voice in the direction of their lives. Through this belief, they work to help each individual live their lives to their fullest potential providing comprehensive services, such as finding the best residential placement, meaningful work, transportation, help with medical needs, recreational activities, and everything in between.
