The mission of Volunteers of America (VOA) Northern Rockies is to serve to harness hope and re-shape futures through a faith-based ministry by providing services for low-income to no income individuals and families. VOA Northern Rockies works throughout the Black Hills by offering a wide range of services through their Black Hills Community Outreach Program. This program provides assistance such as a Veterans Outreach Center, Housing Assistance, VOA’s food pantry, HIV services, The Black Hills Regional Homeless Coalition, and Mommy’s Closet. These services provide solutions to immediate and long-term needs of individuals and their families.
