To provide an annual scholarship to a graduate of Clark High School. The amount to be determined by the scholarship advisory group.

Eligibility:
For a graduating senior from Clark High School, applicants are required to describe whether living in Clark, SD influenced their choice of career in any way.
Requirements:
Participation and volunteer work in high school and/or college extracurriculars, community events, and work experience.
